We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate our services:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 — our ERP system for order and invoice management
- Payment processors — to securely process ACH payments (bank details are encrypted in transit and at rest)
- Cloud infrastructure providers — for app hosting and data storage
- Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect our rights
All third-party providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only to provide services to Teckton.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your trade account is active and for a minimum of 7 years to comply with financial and tax record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of personal data not required for legal compliance by contacting us.
