Teckton Supply – Return Policy (RediFrame Cabinets)
Return Eligibility
RediFrame cabinets may be returned within 180 days of the original purchase date, provided items are
in like-new, undamaged condition and in original packaging.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the
refund amount.
Freight & Shipping
Customers are responsible for:
● Arranging return shipment
● Paying all freight and shipping costs back to our facility
Teckton Supply does not provide return labels or cover return shipping expenses.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must:
● Be unused and unassembled
● Be free from damage, markings, or alterations
● Include all original components and packaging
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to additional deductions.
Inspection & Refunds
All returns are inspected upon arrival. Once approved:
● Refunds will be issued minus the 25% restocking fee and any applicable deductions
● Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If items arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of receipt with photos and
details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
