Teckton Supply – RediFrame Cabinet Limited Warranty
Warranty Coverage
Teckton Supply warrants that all Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) cabinets are free from defects in
materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year from the
date of purchase.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
● Manufacturing defects in cabinet components
● Structural integrity of cabinet boxes, doors, and drawer fronts
● Hardware defects (hinges, drawer glides) under normal use
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
● Damage from improper assembly, installation, or misuse
● Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading)
● Damage from water, excessive moisture, or environmental conditions
● Modifications, alterations, or improper storage
● Commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
● Inspecting all products upon delivery or pickup
● Reporting any visible damage or defects within 5 days of receipt
● Proper installation and maintenance of cabinets
Remedy
At our discretion, Teckton Supply will:
● Repair or replace defective parts, or
● Provide a refund for the defective component
Replacement parts may vary slightly in color or finish due to natural material variations.
Limitations
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Teckton Supply shall
not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
